Responsibilities

  •  Developing a campaign plan and executing integrated, ROI driven marketing and pipeline generation campaigns , utilizing a range of channels
  • Championing a demand generation mindset 
  • Gaining a strong understanding of customer lifecycle to build and execute cross-sell programs
  • Ensuring strong project management of campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation & CRM platforms ( preferably Pardot and salesforce.com)
  • End-to-end campaign responsibility including  tracking campaign data, analyzing outcomes and feedback and identifying insights to continuously improve campaign performance across channels
  • Proficiency with excel and powerpoint presentations
  • Managing a small demand generation team
  • Collaboration with product marketing and sales team
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years’ of software demand generation marketing experience with a demonstrated passion for making complex concepts simple to understand for customers

  • Proven track record of launching successful products
  • Outstanding communication skills and writing ability
  • Strong ability to drive and coordinate efforts across teams
  • Excellent influencing and facilitation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
