Position Summary

The Senior People Success Operations Manager will lead the development and implementation of the People Success Operations strategy, structure and road maps that will evolve and improve the standard of delivery.  The Director will lead, coach and develop the People Success Operations teams, including responsibility for our Global Employee Experience (Hire to Retire cycle), Corporate Policies and Processes, Wellness, Retention, Employee Relations, and HR records and compliance to improve capabilities, foster best practices and deliver optimal results that align with business.

 

 

The Senior People Success Operations Manager must be comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams and willing to handle complex challenges across all People Success functions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and People Success leaders to set strategic and operational goals and plans for People Success Operations with a focus on continuous improvement, automation with controls and compliance checks

  • Drive the evaluation and improvement of People Operations Processes such as Employee onboarding and offboarding experience, records administration, performance management, and transactional services with a focus on quality, customer service, innovation, automation and employee and leader self-service; increase self-service options and grow operating efficiency.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Review and makes recommendations for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.

  • Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.

  • Consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the department head, on employee matters.

  • Participate on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline required

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR leadership role

  • Consistently demonstrates effective communication skills and works to eliminate communication barriers  

  • People are a priority - you have strong corporate passion to inspire others

  • You are comfortable presenting data, ideas and information to all members of our team

  • You are tech-savvy and very confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
