Position Summary

The Navis Global Managed Services Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and growing the offshore managed services offering and organization within Navis. The role will be responsible for creating a portfolio of managed services to be offered remotely to the customer base of existing and new Navis customers.


  • Define and implement the Navis managed services strategy

  • Define the portfolio of managed services offered by Navis services

  • Create and scale growth of an offshore team to deliver the managed services

  • Provide internal and external marketing for new managed services portfolio

  • Guide market research and customer surveys to determine which services to create

  • Deliver on financial metrics related to managed services bookings and revenue on a quarterly basis

  • Define and execute on Navis Managed Services pricing model.


  • 5+ years experience of creating and managing a Managed Services program for enterprise software company or in related field.

  • 5+ years experience growing, scaling, and marketing Managed Services organization, including SAAS and on-premise software solution models.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong customer service orientation

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a significant plus

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Experience working in distributed virtual teams

  • Demonstrate great attitude and work ethic

  • Professional image, personality and demeanor

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Meticulous organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

  • Good listening skills
