Develop, schedule and execute marketing programs, including product promotion, marketing statistics, and sales channel information.


Position Summary


Handles fundamental  marketing and communications activities around promoting the XVELA AND Navis brands and customer and product marketing needs.  Manages and develops thought leadership and other marketing content activities across the Navis business lines as required. Press release and article development, presentation creation and editing, website content, event assistance/management/marketing, and messaging creation as needed.




  • Communications materials development for XVELA and Navis as required

  • Coordination with Navis marketing and agency resources to optimize communications output

  • Promotional materials  -- videos, presentation updates, website updates

  • Thought leadership content development and strategy

  • Messaging and positioning for XVELA

  • Close coordination with XVELA and Navis sales and marketing leadership

  • Communication and reporting in regular XVELA meetings and leadership updates

  • Help with managing and prioritizing XVELA budgets

  • Events marketing/management in coordination with marketing/sales managers

  • Coordination with XVELA and Marketing executives on strategic initiatives and strategies




  • 3 or more years marketing experience, preferably within a hi-tech environment

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Experience developing efficient, high-quality content

  • Ability to work and produce materials independently and efficiently

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Prioritization and budgeting management to ensure maximum use of limited funds

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see broader industry topics and concerns

  • Good team interaction and communication skills

  • Positive can-do attitude

  • Marketing goal development and fulfillment

  • Event management/coordination

  • PR/communications experience preferred
