Position Description

The People Success team is looking for engaged, reliable, and technical contract HR System Analyst to maintain and assist in developing various components of the HR systems. Immediate project experience includes joining an existing transition to Success Factors.  This project will be a 6 month to 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project efforts as it relates to the auditing, testing and reconfiguration of current HRIS (Success factors)
  • Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance, and administration of Success factors in support of our HRIS strategy
  • Implement system upgrades, modules and patches which will require review and testing prior to go live. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix.
  • Administer appropriate quality control over HR systems including maintenance of test scenarios and appropriate execution of testing for various changes.
  • Serve as lead technical subject matter expert and super user for HR systems applications and practices.
  • Ability to gather, define and document project scope during discovery phase of programs 
  • Work with direct/indirect data points within the organization to ensure a comprehensive database that will serve to provide value add enhancements of data flow/integrity as well as streamline automation of administrative tasks across international locations 
  • Responsible for ensuring impactful HR Analytics are adopted, including development and implementation of dashboards and reports to support business needs
  • Conduct data analyses and presentations. Accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability

  • Systemize reporting to allow for assessment of health and well-being of our operational efficiency
  • Introduce Executive Dashboards which will enable timely/appropriate decision making where needed and allow for our business leaders to better understand operational metrics trending and to establish key priorities.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related area
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience required
  • Successfactors configurations and system integration experience required
  • Successfactors report writer required; HR Compensation and Talent Management application
  • experience such as iCIMS and Success Factors a plus
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel
  • Experience using MS Visio, MS Project Plan and MS Word
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a
  • collaborative, ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Experience in aligning systems and processes to business needs; have an analytical and logical
  • approach to problem solving
  • Must be a self-starter and independent team-player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with employees at all
  • levels
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to manage change effectively; always mindful of technology, business processes, and
  • systems implications
  • Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices
  • Strong relationship building skills in order to acquire trust of business partners
