Position Description


In concert with global Finance, Sales and Professional Services teams, the Commission Analyst creates and implements enhanced commission processing tools and strategic sales reporting.  You will also provide analytical support to management and sales leadership as needed.


  • Reviews sales performance reports and dashboards.

  • Creates and maintains sales commission tool to calculate detailed commission pipeline and monthly payouts.

  • Manages overall sales commission process and individual commission plans ensuring rates, calculations and payouts are accurate and timely.

  • Tracks and manages entire data cycle of sales and professional services teams including; training periods, draw schedules, position transitions, and sales performance outcomes.

  • Creates and distributes commission pipeline and liability reports to sales team and management.

  • Performs other related duties and analytical projects as needed.


  • 2+ years of Sales Operations or Accounting experience required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and power query skills

  • Experience with payment processing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Highly-driven and self-motivated

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
