Position Summary

 

Navis is seeking a top notch EMEA North Europe Sales Manager. You will work from home or from our London or Rotterdam office and report into the Senior Sales Director. The position implies that you will be responsible for sales in a large territory mainly based in Northern Europe and that you will travel intensively to meet your customer base.

Primary role is to discover and qualify new leads for TOS sales and then negotiate and conclude a new sales agreement with marine terminals for Terminal Operating Systems sales.

Responsibilities

    • Pursues major prospects and leads in major negotiations

    • Identify new sales opportunities, potential customers and win accounts

    • Deliver according to your quota

    • Liaison with other departments : Professional services, legal departmen

Requirements

    • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication,

    • Have a track record of performance and delivery

    • Confident understanding of enterprise software sales

    • Ability to prepare technical and detailed proposals

    • Active member of a peer group of Sales Managers/Directors.

    • Generate and qualify leads

    • Experience in the maritime industry

    • Understand customer requirements
