Provide services and after-sales technical service to customers, service partners and/or third party contractors on existing and/or newly acquired equipment and components.

 

Position Summary

 

Navis is seeking a top notch Coordinator Customer Care. You will work from our site in Flensburg and report into the Head of Customer Support. You will be part of a customer support team providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for our products Bluetracker, MACS3 and Stowman.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting our customers in using our software and hardware products mainly in English

  • Analysing/identifying customer needs and preparing a solution by cooperating with other departments

  • Connecting between our customers and our software development group

  • Managing the case life cycle by using our ticketing tool

  • Building and updating our knowledge database for our customers in order to raise quality standards and improve our products

Requirements

 

  • A degree in Computer Science or similar and knowledge in the  maritime environment OR a strong maritime background, paired with good IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

  • A strong customer orientation; good communication skills; natural patience in stressful situations

  • English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Teamwork and team orientation is mandatory

  • Willingness to continuously learn through in-house trainings or self-studies
