The purpose of this role is to support the recruitment team with administrative recruitment tasks and services according to company policy and process and contribute to our company's growth. As a Trainee, Recruitment you will become a key partner in our success! This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.

You will be the first point of contact for all new recruitments and responsible for initiating the first steps needed for starting the recruitment process. Your day-to-day tasks are to create requisitions, draft and post job ads, schedule intake meetings, shadow recruitment activities but not limited to. In this position you will get the opportunity to work in an international work environment as we are supporting and guiding hiring managers located in over 33 countries across Asia, Europe, US and South America. We are a recruitment team of four (4) spread in three different countries Bulgaria, Poland and Norway. We will train, support and include you in recruitment activities to build your competence, knowledge and work experience. 

More tasks and responsibilities

• Administrative recruitment tasks
• Committed to deliver excellent customer service and real-time responses 
• Actively participate in work shadowing activities, conduct testing and service readiness activities
• Support recruiters and key stakeholders with administrative tasks if needed

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Norway. This position is full time, based at MacGregor's office in Sofia, with a hybrid work model offering flexible work arrangements.

A proactive and organized approach, coupled with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Ideally you have
 

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
• Customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• A team player who is also comfortable working independently
• Motivation to work, learn and develop further in the Recruitment and/or HR field
