Performance and Reward Specialist

We at MacGregor are seeking a talented People and Reward Analyst / Specialist to join our dynamic HR team, reporting to the Director Performance Reward. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Execute and maintain various reward processes, including salary reviews, incentive calculations, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of MacGregor's total reward structure, encompassing base salary, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
• Utilize data analysis tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support HR decision-making.
• Assist with global mobility and short-term assignment programs.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Reward Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, job evaluation methods, and performance management practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a heavily matrix international environment is preferred.
