Purpose of the position

In this role you will be responsible for the technical service and support.

This position will provide technical support for all our crane types such as hydraulic driven as well as electric driven cranes. Support is given directly to our branch offices, spares sales as well as directly to our end users. A big part of the job is to collect information about the problem and then with the help of supporting documents provide online help. This requires strong organization skills and good problem solving skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Support our service organisation and customers with

  • Technical information
  • Technical advices
  • Special technical surveys

Spares support

  • Support spares sales identifying and recommending spares

Technical information support

  • Support technical info in creating technical instructions
  • Arrange technical information from our suppliers when needed

New sales support

  • Support NS design department with knowledge regarding service availability

Development of methods

  • For measuring
  • For inspections
  • For repair

Health and safety responsibilities

  • Responsible for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means.

We expect from you


  • Commercial or technical background. Bachelor degree


  • At least 3 years of relevant business/product experience


  • Good Electric, Electronic, Hydraulic and Mechanical technical knowledge.
  • Experience from service jobs and commissioning’s of cranes or similar.
  • Good team working and communication skill.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Good problem solving skills
