Logistics and Purchasing Specialist

Purpose of the position

Performs timely activities associated with inbound and outbound activities not limited only to inventory stock as well as maintains good relations with stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Frequent contact with stakeholders
• Process inbound delivery from Vendors & other Logistics center
• Process outbound delivery for sales order 
• Process picking / packing / delivery for warehouse to proceed
• Process stock replenishment from Vendors & other Logistics center
• Handling non-conformities and claims
• Support stakeholders on price check and negotiation of freight cost
• Other Logistics related task given by the Team leader (Example - Preparing trade documents, Transhipment)

What you’ll need to succeed

1. Education
   • Degree educated or equivalent through relevant operational experience
      
2. Competencies 
   • Fluent in English, written and spoken
   • Computer skills; MS office basics, G-suite and ERP system knowledge is an asset
   • Team player, interpersonal skills
   • Communicative
   • Self-motivated
   • Accurate
   • Accountable
   • Efficient
