Service Assistant

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support service operation administrative work including documentation and update service process.
• Work closely with the operation team in daily service arrangement.
• Liaise with internal offices abroad.
• Follow up with customers on service requests.  
• Attendance coordination - Service Engineers travel coordination.
• Quotations - Prepare final costing and follow up with customers for service jobs billing.
• Invoicing and payment follow up.
• Support office administrative work including documentation, accounting, financial and human resources.
• Assist the Operation Manager or Superintendent in daily activities.

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience:

• Attention to detail, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
• Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Google office applications (Docs, Sheets) or Windows office (Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in spoken and written in English
