Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and providing top-notch service? We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, forging strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations every step of the way.
Join our dynamic team where you will build strong connections with both our customers and colleagues across the Globe. You will be at the forefront, overseeing the entire process from quotes to orders and customer requests, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries.
The position will be based in Piraeus, Greece. You will report to the Customer Experience Team Leader.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, providing timely and accurate responses
- Manage quotes, orders, and deliveries efficiently, collaborating with colleagues to overcome challenges
- Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed and address their needs effectively
- Take ownership of challenges, ensuring promises are kept and issues are resolved promptly
- Log and address claims, complaints, and non-conformances, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills; MS office basics, G-suite, and ERP system (SAP & SalesForce) knowledge is an asset
- Team player with interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organised, efficient, and self-motivated, with problem-solving abilities
- Product, business, market, and customer knowledge
- Highly effective and clear communicator with active listening skills
- Compliant attitude towards safety and controls.
