We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for MacGregor Global Services Division to provide support technically and commercially in service related inquiries. The purpose of the role is to provide technical support to various corporate customers and stakeholders while ensuring proper resolution and customer satisfaction. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment where everyone is empowered and committed to delivering the best customer experience.
The position can be filled in Kaarina, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Identify spare parts and documentation to our internal stakeholders
- Carry out technical assessments in technical support inquiries and as well be supportive indesign work within service projects
- Support in sales activities on new and non-core products and participate in customer andsupplier meetings/visits
- Support MMD department with accurate information to maintain our PLM System
- Provide assistance with Guiding Instructions and liaising with the Standardisation Engineer.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Commercial or Technical background, Bachelor degree.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of product experience.
Competencies:
- Good general understanding of the product portfolio
- Good spoken and written English skills, including technical vocabulary
- Good technical and service minded approach
- Knowledge on design tools (AUTOCAD, INVENTOR and other relevant tools for the d2dbusiness)
- Experience from project business
- Competencies in multitasking
- Good understanding of Control Systems.
