Senior Manager, Strategy Programme Management

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy Programme Management to join our team of professionals.

 

As a Senior Manager, Strategy Programme Management you will drive the MacGregor strategy deployment process and other SBU level programs, be responsible for strategic KPI tracking, reporting, analysis, and provide hands-on support, where needed.
The role could be based in Europe or Asia and will report directly to the Director, Business Analysis & Management.

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

 

  • Responsible for MacGregor strategy deployment process including reporting templates, tools and database:

* Maintain the strategy reporting templates and tools for strategic priorities and actions

* Document data and maintain performance bowler on SBU level

* Support Divisions and Functions when needed

 

  • Strategy deployment progress and KPIs tracking 

* Run monthly divisions and functions strategic priorities progress updates and KPIs
* Collaborate with Divisional/ Functional Strategy leads and Finance team on KPIs collection and updates
* Produce high quality SBU level reports for reviews
* Regular communications on strategy deployment progress to the organization

 

  • Strategy Programme management/ administration

* Schedule regular project status calls/reviews based on agreed frequency
* Follow-up on actions from strategy deployment reviews
* Knowledge sharing, making sure the stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information

 

  • Promote and support knowledge building and best-practice sharing related to strategy deployment and problem solving methodologies (A3/RCCM etc) across MacGregor
  • Business Analysis & Business management support

* Support other MacGregor level programs, business development related analysis, or assist in business case building as required 

 

  • Be the point of SBU contact for EPMO and liaise internally to fulfil corporate requirements
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

 

  • University degree in business, finance and/or engineering related disciplines
  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Qualification in project management will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge or key interest in Lean tools (A3/RCCMs) will be considered as an advantage
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with multi stakeholders in multicultural environment
  • Advanced presentation creation skills, capability of visualise complex data in simple and insightful way
  • Expertise in financial modelling will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in  English - both written and spoken
