Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination and support of the execution of maintenance and repair works in line with the OPM.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate the service operations to fulfil customer requirements. Maintain the job data in FSM and planning tools
• Prepare service jobs, arrange technical documentation, order subcontractor/shipyard/sister company services
• Provide service quotations to customer and frontline sales
• Support service administrative works (air ticket booking, visa application, yard/port entry application, local insurance) where applicable
• Ensure compliance to OPM (operating principle manual)
• Review service engineer service reports
• Provide first line technical support to the service engineers
• Preparing relevant documents for invoicing
• Check and approve incoming invoices for parts and subcontractors
• Build and maintain customer relationships for defined customers.
   

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical/ electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or a similar field. 
• Demonstrate good project management and communications skills. 
• Fluency in English and local language, written and spoken
• SAP and Salesforce
• Driving licence.
