Quotation Handler
Purpose of the position
Your focus area will be providing customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spares products. This includes replying to customer inquiries within an agreed time frame, creating quotes to customers and identifying components accurately by using the company's database. You will, with your team members, be responsible for a “core” product lines’ workflow and secure that it is at a satisfactory level at all times. Additionally you are responsible for reporting non-conformities in terms of missing/inaccurate master data (sales price, weight dimensions, commodity codes etc). Furthermore, the role holder will assist the purchasing team and order fulfillment team. You will cooperate with technical support and as well with sales support responsibilities in branches around the world when needed.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Reply to customer inquiries within agreed time frame.

Identify prices and delivery date of spare parts.

Create quotes to customers.

Identify components accurately by using the company's database or tech. support.

Deliver sales price based on internal pricing tools

Secure quotation workflow using prioritization of inquiries.

Support branches with follow-up on open quotations.

Secure unbroken flow in communication between the stakeholder
What you’ll need to succeed

around 2 years of working experience in a similar position
-
preferably a university degree
-
good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines
-
excellent communication and analytical skills

fluent command in English, written and spoken,
-
experience using SAP and G-Suit will be an asset
-
technical knowledge and product understanding would be an asset
