Junior Business Analyst

Purpose of the position

• To coordinate support process improvement activities within GPSC

• To support GPSC teams with data analyst function

• To ensure GPSC internal projects are managed effectively

• Execute Support executing and delivery reports on request

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Go-to person for data analytic needs

• Prepare data collection and analysis for process mapping and business development

• Execute and deliver reports on request and automate manual reporting

• Monitor and rationalise selected KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Design, create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards

• Define and coordinate QlikSense reports - partnering with the Business Intelligence team for creation

• Data quality monitoring

• Data analytics expertise to business development projects

• Daily business analytics support for projects and development activities

• Proactively identify areas of improvement

What you’ll need to succeed

• Commercial / technical Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Computer skills; SAP experience, Google package (G Suite), skilled Excel user

• Team player

• Communication

• Self-motivated

• Accurate

• IT competence SAP, Salesforce and Qlik Sense

• Accountable

• Efficient

• A go-to person, providing support and mentoring
