Engineering Lead of MSD Products

Purpose of the position

Do you want to be part of creating a greener tomorrow? Do you want to manage the engineering groups Machine Design (Mechanical, Structural) and Control Design (Hydraulic, Software and E&I) located in Poland?

What you’ll need to succeed:

Key Tasks:

• Project implementation management from the technical side refers to ship and port devices from the MacGregor portfolio;

• Managing the project team and providing support for engineers;

• Participating in preparing cost estimates;

• Taking a part and ensure that the basis of the design / function is defined early in the engineering process;

• Coordinating and defining internal delivery milestones in projects and build time schedule

• Coordinate and prioritize technical activities in the project;

• Taking part in technical issues during the project and active help with solving them;

What do you’ll need to succeed:

• At least Bachelor in  Mechanical/Shipbuilding, or similar education;

• Lack of education can be compensated with relevant experience;

• Minimum 5 year’s work with engineering;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Ability to motivate and inspire others;

• Eagerness for working with a team;

• Good knowledge of MacGregor products, in particular: side loaders, access doors, and hatch covers;

• Fluent in English, oral and written;

• Experience in working in maritime companies will be an asset.
