Data Specialist

Purpose of the position

The role is to maintain, manage and develop MacGregor material master data over the product lifecycle. The role is to ensure and execute all data preparation activities required for smooth data migration, maintenance, and management.

The position will be based in Poland or Finland or any other European MacGregor location.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain and manage material master data over the product lifecycle

• Coordinate data migration and deployment activities in close cooperation with key stakeholders

• Ensure preparatory measures related to data preparation prior to deployment

• Create and maintain items in ERP and other IM platforms according to company policies

• Develop and implement software solutions in cooperation with other departments

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Master's degree in science, computer science, software engineering or otherwise proven capability of being able to successfully master the position

• Experience with PDM, PLM, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Experience with databases and programming (SQL, Python, or similar)

• Able to work under pressure to keep agreed deadlines

• Able to work in an international environment

• Able to occasionally run a presentation for key stakeholders

• Problem-solving and analytical skills, high attention to details

• Customer service attitude

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
