Data Management Coordinator

Purpose of the position

The role is to maintain, manage, and develop MacGregor material master data over the product lifecycle. The role is to plan and coordinate various deployment projects in close cooperation with the MacGregor Information Management Team.
The role is to ensure all data preparation activities required for smooth data migration, maintenance, and management.

The position will be based in Poland or Finland or any other European MacGregor location.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain and manage material master data over the product lifecycle

• Coordinate data migration and deployment activities in close cooperation with key stakeholders

• Ensure preparatory measures related to data preparation prior to deployment

• Lead ETL process and distribute/receive data sets

• Enable and coordinate the work of data specialists (priorities to get best business value)

• Create and maintain items in ERP and other IM platforms according to company policies

• Develop and implement software solutions in cooperation with other departments

• Review and develop sustainable material master data processes (automate and ease on the operative work)

• Define and implement new item opening processes, enriching the data base in cooperation with key stakeholders

• Project & deployment budgeting, execution and reporting

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Master degree in science, computer science, software engineering or otherwise proven capability of being able to successfully master the position

• Experience with PDM, PLM, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Experience with databases and programming (SQL, Python, or similar)

• Experience as a project lead

• Able to make decisions independently, problem solving skills

• Able to travel internationally and to work in an international environment

• Able to work under pressure to keep agreed deadlines

• Able to work without detailed instructions

• Able to run a presentation to various, operational up to strategic level stakeholders

• Analytical and problem solving skills, high attention to details

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
