Senior Control System Engineer

Purpose of the position

Do you want to be part of creating a greener tomorrow? Do you want to manage the engineering groups Machine Design (Mechanical, Structural) and Control Design (Hydraulic, Software and E&I) located in Poland?

What you’ll need to succeed:

Key Tasks:

• Be a part of redesigning/replacing existing control systems for the maritime/offshore industry;

• Programming PLCs, Designing HMIs, and working with industrial PCs and Variable frequency drives;

• Preparing documentation;

• Testing and commissioning;

• Technical support;

• Cooperating with other disciplines.

What do you’ll need to succeed:

• University of Technology degree in a relevant field (Automation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Robotics);

• Bachelor / MSc. in a relevant engineering or equivalent practical line education;

• Proven results from a similar position can compensate for formal education;

• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English (B2 or higher);

• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLCs, S7 Classic, and TIA Portal at basic level;

• Knowledge of programming languages LAD, FBD;

• Knowledge of the SCL language is an advantage;

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation is an advantage;

• Passionate about technology and engineering is an advantage;

• Availability for business trips(up to 30% of the time);

• Driving license cat.B.
