MacGregor is looking to hire a motivated and results-oriented candidate to join our team. In this role you will be serving as a primary contact for class societies on design-related matters while efficiently distributing classification reports to ensure smooth communication and compliance.

This role is part of our Equipment and Solutions Division. Reporting directly to the Structural Analyst & LMS Lead Engineer. This position is based in Gdansk, Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and understand rules from relevant classification societies
- Communicate and collaborate with classification societies on technical issues
- Maintain and manage ongoing classification issues
- Compile classification reports for plan approval submission
- Contribute to the development of new crane designs
- Continuously improve classification report content
- Stay updated on changes and new releases of classification rules and regulations

What you’ll need to succeed
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent education, or extensive experience in a relevant field
- Preferably 2 years of relevant business or product experience
- English language - both verbal and written
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and continuous drive for personal skill development
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
