Order Fulfillment Handler

Purpose of the position

Performs timely activities associated with the customers orders, coordinates and delegates incoming workflow as well as maintains good relations with stakeholders.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Verifying the completeness of customer’s purchase orders with related quotations
  • Checking, fulfill and follow up order confirmations
  • Processing sales orders according to their priorities
  • Handling nonconformities and claims
  • Identifying risk orders, update all data for prepayment and follow up
  • Confirming and sending delivery instructions
  • Introducing newcomers to tasks, system and process
  • Participating in cross-functional projects
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Min. 2 years experience in relevant field
  • fluent written and verbal communication in English (B2)
  • very good MS office and G-suit knowledge
  • ERP system knowledge (preferably SAP)
  • a good view at handling complexity and problem solving skills
  • communication and analytical skills
