Junior Order Fulfillment Handler

Purpose of the position

Your focus area will be providing customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spare parts business.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • You will handle the order from the creation of Order Confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until it is invoiced
  • Contact with various stakeholders from around the world and working with the top of the notch ERP system- SAP.
  • You will be cooperating closely with our Front Line Sales Offices around the world and also GPSC teams (Quotation, Purchasing, Logistic and Invoicing).
  • You will be required to create reports based on SAP data and analyzing them.
We expect from you
  • Great at handling complex cases that require problem solving skills and time management
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, client focused approach
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in any ERP system, preferably SAP and G-Suit will be an asset
