HR Advisor
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The CBS Country HR Advisor Poland acts as a country expert providing input and guidance on country-specific expertise, eg. Compensations &benefits/ training &people development/ Legal &controlling. Active participation in country-level development and harmonization actions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensuring efficient employment life cycle, HR processes and HR yearly clock actions (annual evaluation, salary review, bonus payout, employee satisfaction survey) in respective site/s

Support in implementation and harmonization of Country HR Policies and processes

Provide input and guidance on the country/site-specific expertise areas (eg. Compensations &benefits/ training &people development/ Legal &controlling), for the CBS country team

Support organization to deliver planned, global HR projects

Cooperation with Cargotec Business Services team

Responsibility for customer satisfaction after Cargotec Business Services model implementation in Poland
● Support in ensuring the accuracy of data in HR systems
● HR reporting
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
-
Educational background; minimum bachelor degree preferably in HR, Administration, Law or similar

3+ years of previous experience in human resource processes
Competencies

Knowledge of HR process and tools

Sufficient knowledge of labor law, local agreement matters

Payroll process knowledge

WORKING TOGETHER WITH
Work according to established procedures and guidelines to conduct day-to-day HR activities. Work independently to complete given tasks and assignments.
Close co-operation with Employees and Managers as well as employee and union representatives, external vendors and CBS HR Services teams.
