Claim Coordinator

Purpose of the position


The position is support to MacGregor Global Product Service Center (GPSC) in Gdańsk, Poland.



As a claim Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and updating a system for Claims on a shared folder for GPSC and all incoming internal and external claims. In your daily duties you will be also responsible for managing the claims within the system, coordinating and address all claims to the right departments/team or persons depending on the owner and reason for claim.
You will be cooperating and address claims and warranty issues to the right persons/departments within MacGregor - Branches, Technical team, Purchase or sales team. Additionally, you will be a support for invoicing team regarding the billing process if needed.

We are looking for a candidate with:


  • At least 2 years of experience within GPSC
  • Fluent command in English, written and spoken,
  • General knowledge of the business GPSC
  • Skills of handling complexity and problem solving attitude,
  • Experience in SAP and/or other EPR system as well as Google Suite
  • Independent way of working with persistence
  • Excellent interpersonal and service-minded skills
