Are you passionate about driving customer engagement and sales growth? MacGregor is looking to hire an ambitious and proactive candidate to join our Digital Channels team.

We pride ourselves on delivering world-class support to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and are seeking a Go-to-Market Lead who shares our commitment to exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Creating and managing go-to-market programs to onboard and involve customers
- Increase active user engagement and expand offerings across various digital channels
- Ensure efficient communication between the sales team, business and online store stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue and profit targets
- Analyze sales team results, identifying growth opportunities and areas needing improvement
- Align online store and digital sales with business expectations
This role is part of our Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Channels located in the United Kingdom. The position could be based in the United Kingdom, Poland, Finland or any other MacGregor GSD (Global Services Division) location in Europe.

What you’ll need to succeed
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in system integration - internal and external
- Understand business demands
- Create and execute project plans, sprint release features and triaging defects
- Perform workshops, workflows and processes
- Skills in data analytics and sales tools
- Interpersonal and communication skills, experience of working with people from different backgrounds and culture
- Ability to travel
- English language - both verbal and written
