Project Manager, Service Projects

Are you experienced in leading projects? We're looking for a Project Manager who will join our team of professionals. In this role, you will cover the overall coordination of service project delivery and manage the supported needs with the help of internal or external engineering capacity, sourcing, logistics, or others when needed.

The position is based in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The Project Manager will be reporting to Manager Projects CAS & LMS.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Cover service projects tendering, sales support, and project activities
• Organisation and management of various support functions from linked departments
• Monitor project progress KPI’s and make adjustments
• Management of changes to project scope, schedule taking into account costs and gross margin
• Execution of strategic plans and create and maintain business cases
• Occasional visits to customers, suppliers or other external parties
• Risk management and continuous improvement.
   

What you’ll need to succeed

• Higher education at Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Engineering or Commercial with technical background. Alternatively,comparable or equal degrees or equivalent due to experience
• 5-year track record from relevant service business as well as relevant products
• Project management skills
• Results-oriented, structured  with negotiation skills
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients 
• Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
