Making your next move count

Kalmar Automation and Projects division is looking for an energetic performance enabler who is willing to help with improving the project management tools used by our project teams. Managing effectively risks, resources and changes is a key success factor in our projects. 
Tools exist but we want to improve them based on the feedback from different stakeholders: project managers, project team members, line managers and Management. 
We are using Google AppMaker, Jira and Microsoft PowerBI so you will be able to deepen your knowledge in different systems in direct contact with users.

The location of the position is in Tampere and the period for the role is Full-time from May to August 2019 (part-time in April if possible).

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Collect feedback
• Create or modify the tool features
• Inform and train users for the new features

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least a 3rd year student in data management
• We expect you to have a deep interest in solving users’ needs. Therefore, in addition to your IT skills you are comfortable with interviewing users, presenting them your work, listening to feedback and debating

• We do not expect you to be an expert with all those tools but you must be willing to develop your skills on your own initiative in addition to the support you will get from us.
