Solution Sales Specialist

Kalmar is looking for a Solution Sales Specialist. In this role you will provide timely and effective support to a sales team, draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements. You will be coordinating the delivery process of the equipment and maintain customer data up-to-date.
The position is located in Tampere.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing the offer documents including the needed calculations
  • Contact with product lines and suppliers, e.g. to find out the price and availability of special options
  • Maintaining and updating customer register in Salesforce. Managing contact lists
  • Updating opportunity status in Salesforce together with the solution sales team
  • Organising freight and transportation of the new and used equipment
  • Coordinating condition inspections with service operations
  • Sales & demos for customers at the Tampere site
  • Project manager for campaigns, exhibitions and customer events.
What you’ll need to succeed:

We are looking for a customer focused team player with good communication skills in both Finnish and English.

Ideally you have:

  • Commercial or Technical background, Bachelor degree
  • Relevant business / technical experience is an advantage
  • Interest in solutions sales
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to collaborate across functions in order to deliver the best results for the customer
  • Excellent organising and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Salesforce and SAP skills are an advantage.
