Now our Modernisation team is looking for an Offering Development Manager to join our team in Tampere. In this position you’ll be responsible for Kalmar Modernisation Services offering definition, business case analysis, roadmapping and offering communication mainly towards Kalmar internal stakeholders. Optionally you can also participate in product development activities and team leadership depending on your personal preferences.


You never walk alone; we are a small team but we have a large internal and external expert network. Your networking skills, self-driven and systematic approach helps you find solutions which are in line with Kalmar general guidelines. You know your own strengths, and know when to do it yourself, and when it is feasible to use help.

  • Modernisation Services offering portfolio ownership, definition and development
  • Product portfolio profitability
  • Offering internal communications
  • Modernisation representation in development projects
  • Active product development leadership depending on personal ambitions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Ideally you have:

 

  • Business or technical Masters level education (MBA/ MSc)
  • Business oriented offering development
  • Technical understanding
  • Service business knowledge
  • Product management
  • Marketing material creation experience
  • Systematic, analytic and business oriented mindset 
  • Strong networking skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Being quickly able to adopt new concepts.
