Supply Planner Spare Parts

Purpose of the position

Based at our Condell Park facility in Sydney and reporting to the Inventory and Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing supply of spare parts for Kalmar equipment. As an integral member of the Parts team, you will act as a conduit between corporate and domestic vendors, act as a first point of contact for parts availability, update material costs, and manage warranty transactions.  

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Several years experience in purchasing and/or supply planning
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer handling skills including understanding and working to the core needs of the customer (internal and external).
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with strong time management skills
  • SAP experience or similar
  • Intermediate user of Word, Excel, Outlook.
