Sales&Service Support Administrator
Purpose of the position
Performing Sales and/or Service processes accordingly.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Performing processes on time and with highest quality
- Identifying areas for process improvements
- Solving simple problems
- Maintaining relationship with stakeholders, especially FLUs
- Following H&S and 5S regulations at the office
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
- Relevant bachelor degree or higher
Experience
- Professional experience, preferably in global company
- Experience with SAP as an asset
Competencies
- B2 level of English
- B1 level of German
- Pro-client attitude
- Solid level of teamwork
- Additional language as an asset
- Very good communication skills
- Quick learner
- Proactiveness
