Sales&Service Support Administrator

Purpose of the position

Performing processes accordingly

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Performing processes on time and with highest quality
  • Identifying areas for process improvements
  • Solving simple problems
  • Maintaining relationship with stakeholders, especially FLUs
  • Following H&S and 5S regulations at the office

What you’ll need to succeed

Education

  • Relevant bachelor degree or higher

 

Experience

  • Professional experience, preferably in global company
  • Experience with SAP as an asset

 

Competencies

  • B2 level of English, preferably C1
  • Additional language such as Italian, French or Spanish is an asset
  • Pro-client attitude
  • Solid level of teamwork
  • Additional language as an asset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Proactiveness
