Employer Branding & Communication Leader
Purpose of the position
Participating in the creation and enforcement of our employer branding strategy and being an expert in matters related to internal and external communication.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Key tasks:
-
Revising and reshaping EB strategy for the factory;

Creating and conducting Corporate Social Responsibility actions (CSR);

Creating and carrying out internal activities aimed at strengthening the positive image of the
employer
What you’ll need to succeed
-
Bachelor or Master's degree preferable: Economics, Polish or English Philology, Management;

At least 3 - years of experience in a similar position;

Fluency in English - written and spoken;
-
Highly developed ability to work in a team;
-
Developed communication skills;
-
Practical and theoretical knowledge of communication techniques and tools - added value;
