EB/Communication Specialist

Purpose of the position

Participating in the creation and enforcement of our employer branding strategy and being an expert in matters related to internal and external communication.

 

Scope of responsibilities:
● Revise and reshape Employer Branding strategy for the factory
 - conducting local competitors EB analysis
 - creating Employer Value Proposition (EVP) based on internal surveys and workshops
 - preparing recruitment strategy (target group, channels, tools, marketing)
 - preparing and executing plan for internal and external EB activities
 - measuring the results of each EB initiative
● Create and conduct Corporate Social Responsibility actions (CSR)
● Create and carry out internal activities aimed at strengthening the positive image of the employer
 - Employee passion programme
 - Participatory budget
 -  Volunteering actions
 -  Wellbeing program
● Support and promotion of internal employer branding initiatives driven by corporate(surveys, implementation of tools etc.)
● Caring for the quality of communication materials and tools
● Creating and using procedures and tools to improve the quality of internal communication
● Developing internal communication channels
● Developing or giving opinions on regular messages to the organization
● Organizing efficient office work (creating and supervising compliance with relevant
procedures)
● Creating and updating presentations and other company documents
● Caring for a high standard of work and professional approach to tasks
● Obligation to perform work diligently and carefully Caring for the good organization of work and order in the workplace (5S)
● Continuous improvement of one’s own qualifications and methods of work performance
● Raising one’s own and colleagues’ qualifications by sharing knowledge
● Co-creating organizational culture, supporting teamwork
● Caring for the right flow of information and good communication in teams
● Obligation to follow supervisor’s instructions regarding work, if they are not contrary to the law or employment contract

What you’ll need to succeed:

Education
● Higher education (Economics, Polish or English Philology,Management)


Professional experience
● 3-5 years of experience 


Skills
●Fluent English
●Computer skills ( MS Office, G-Suite)
●Ability to work in a team
●Communication skills
●Initiative/entrepreneurship
●Responsibility – internal discipline
●Knowledge of communication techniques and tools (desireable)


Personal characteristics:
● Reliability, accuracy, punctuality,organization, customer orientation, loyalty, discretion
