Acting Team Leader

Purpose of the position

  • Developing toward Team Leader role
  • Ensuring processes are performed on time and with quality expected
  • Working with individual and team targets

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Self-development

  • Setting targets for the team with support of SSSC Manager
  • Training the newcomers
  • Developing feedback culture
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, especially FLUs
  • This role requires 50% of managerial duties and 50% of operational ones
  • H&S standards are met on daily basis

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Experience

  • Performing relevant processes in SAP environment, preferably in global company 
  • Dealing with various stakeholders, preferably internationally with frequent use of English 
  • Experience in process transition as an asset

 

Competencies

  • B2 level of English, preferably C1 
  • Additional language as an asset 
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Very good understanding of process oriented work 
  • Focus on continuous improvement 
  • Able and willing to develop others 
  • Able to focus on tasks and people when needed 
  • Proficient user of relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, C-care) 
  • Quick learner, open to feedback 
  • Accountability
