Customer Care Coordinator

Purpose of the position

 

 

Responsible for processing a wide variety of customer care tasks to high quality standards, along with delivering excellent customer service. Candidates based in Shrewsbury are favourable. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

 

●    Key contact and interface between  the central hub and the local front line operational resources
●    First point of contact with customers, managing communication and queries on sales and service
●    Proactive interaction with the customers to regularly update inline with their requirements and expectations, to be customer centric   
●    Collect and accurately process Service Engineers paperwork & providing input for oncall and contract invoicing and support with clarifications for the Hub team
●    Assisting with service invoice queries and general service information upon request with the central admin hub
●    Purchase order review and approve 
●    Ensure proper input is provided to the hub on warranty claims and support with any warranty queries
●    Checking the paperwork of all leasing and rental contracts, prior to setting up at the central hub
●    Update as required CRM database contacts, to ensure targeted marketing campaigns have maximum impact
●    Monitor and manage the movements and leads for the STR fleet  via Service Manager and new & used equipment
●    Shrewsbury office location day to day tasks, as required
●    Coordinate with the appropriate product champions and central marketing team, in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns & pipeline support
●    Observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, defects or damages to plant and equipment to the appropriate person.    
 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

 

● Minimum Maths and English (e.g. GCSE)

 

 

Experience

● Experience of working within an Service Engineering environment

● Experience of using SAP

 

 

Competences

● Customer focused outlook

● Strong administration skills

● Ability to work in a pressurised environment

● Ability to multi task ensuring accuracy is maintained

● Strong communication skills, verbally and written

● Self motivated

● A good team player, with a flexible attitude

● Good time management skills

● Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills 

● Knowledge of Kalmar products and services
