Sales Digital Specialist

Purpose of the position

Kalmar Brazil is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data intelligence in order to support the service sales area.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy BI projects that solve business problems and requirements.

  • Development of intelligence, for predictive analysis of fleet parts and services in an automated way.

  • Develop a database to identify renewal and activation opportunities in advance to achieve the organization's goals.

  • Conduct product training with internal and external customers.

  • Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers (internal and external) to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Elaborate, plan, schedule actions and visits to customers with other departments in order to leverage sales opportunities, as well as material for possible solutions from the company.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have capabilities for cross functional work. They also would have to be able to work independently as well as in a team. Demonstrates customer centric attitude.

Ideally you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in System Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent education;

  • Business Intelligence experience;

  • Data manipulation using Power Query (M language) experience;

  • ETL streams experience;

  • Experience in electronic data interpretation (telemetry in mobile equipment);

  • Advance knowledge in Power BI;

  • Advance english proficiency.
