Training Program Manager

Kalmar Solutions, LLC is seeking a Training Program Manager to assist the business by assessing the training and competency needs of the business, implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. 

This role will provide local coordination of the future I Create Center and work with counterparts. The Training Program Manager will be part of part of the Training Manager Network in Operations, supporting and ensuring the right capabilities and competencies are in place and contribute to global skills building program as well as building a learning culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods
  • Collaborate with other MAU’s to jointly develop specific training programs for common needs
  • Effectively manage the training budget
  • Evaluation organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Assess employees’ skills, performances and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
  • Effectively communicate with employees, trainers and management
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on organizations goals
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
  • Manage the technologies required to develop, manage and deliver training
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Co develop training plans and exchange of best practices with other Training Managers as well as HR

What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field



  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience



  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Google and related business and communication tools
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • Meticulous attention to detail
