Sourcing Management Trainee

Purpose of the position

The purpose of this position is both to get exposure to Sourcing responsibilities and getting insight into the work of a Division while learning from the Sourcing Team members. The position will require hard work and dedication but will aim for building a solid platform for further career development within the group. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

●    Support in a variety of business tasks
●    Individual assignments
●    Project work for the division
●    Sourcing Team coordinator (plan and organize meetings, minutes of meetings etc)
●    Support the vice president with various administrative tasks (conferences, travel arrangements etc)

What you’ll need to succeed

●    University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Engineering (recently finished or with 1-3 year’s work experience after graduation)
●    International experience (from studies or working abroad)
●    Experience outside studies  or work would be valued

●    Mature and professional personality
●    Proficient in Google Suit (Drive, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
●    Ability to create and utilize a broad network
●    Business oriented 
●    Technical interest and analytical ability
●    Strategic
●    Personal drive
●    Ability to solve problems
●    Dedicated and hardworking
●    Can do attitude and service minded
●    Global mindset, social and intercultural competency
●    Language skills – Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages a plus.
