Making your next move count

Purpose of Position:

Based in Ottawa, KS, you will be providing support for the After Sales and Warranty Teams. You will interface with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and the Manufacturing team. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Create reports and actionable insights based on data analysis of quality/warranty data
• Participate and contribute to key projects in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Assist Product Support and Warranty team in drafting service bulletins and engineering change requests
• Participate in Quality review meetings and follow up on assigned actions with each department.
• Assisting with audits of finished trucks and provide feedback to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.  
• Assist with scanning warranty documentation.
• Assist with PDI and Warranty registration processes

What you’ll need to succeed

• Pursuing a degree in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science; Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Data analysis and report generation experience preferred
• Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or automobiles)
• Accomplished communication capabilities (spoken and written)
