Material Document Control Administrator

Purpose of the position

This position is responsible for Document control within the Materials and Logistics group for Shop Floor information, Engineering Order changes, Painted parts, Clean Idle Certificates and FET export information. Position will report to the Planning Supervisor.

Main tasks and responsibilities

●   Shop Floor packets; as current with printed, sorted and collated by station to electronic via ERP
●   Engineering Order review information for Purchasing alignment to vendor notification, timing and item configuration relevant to shop floor packets and details
●   Maintains MPC board and google document with current parts status information
●   Maintains Hot Parts google document
●   Control of ”Clean Idle Certificate” decals supplied by third party with control numbers tracked by government agencies related to unit specific serial numbers
●   Tracking of Federal Excise Tax information related to Wheel and Tire assemblies for Export units in order to re-claim taxes   applied that meet exception criteria
●   Other projects as assigned by supervisor

What you’ll need to succeed

● High School or GED equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred

● Candidates should have minimum of 1-2+ years’ relevant business experience, Knowledge of 
General Office functions

● Proficient utilizing MS Office, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Experience with Gmail and Google Documents
● Experienced using LN INFOR ERP or similar ERP system
● Prefer prior experience with Document control procedures
● High attention to detail
● Demonstrated reliability and good attendance in past positions
