MAU Order and Documentation Administrator

Purpose of the position
The Order Administrator is responsible for entering and maintaining sales order data into the LN ERP system from the Front Line Unit for Terminal Truck sales and Parts & Service.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Input and maintain sales orders in LN ERP system and on the google sheet Master Schedule.
- Maintain the Backlog and Google Order Review file.
- Input and confirm Parts and Service orders in LN ERP system and liaison.
- Troubleshoot CFIN invoicing issues.
- Maintain production orders regarding issue logs and deviations.
- Complete and close production orders and resolve errors.
- Responsible for month-end closing duties.
- Controls Inventory adjustments sheet as required with current transaction needed.
- Transfer and maintain production orders.
- Performs special duties and projects as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- High school diploma; associate's degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred
Experience:
- Previous experience with administrative responsibilities
Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Working knowledge of the LN ERP system or ability to learn new software systems.
- Must be adaptable.
- Proactive service oriented approach.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
