Invoice Specialist

Purpose of the position

Kalmar USA is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to support the MAU-Principal-Frontline equipment sales invoicing processes. Our business is growing, which is why we are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Kalmar USA finance team. In this role you will act as the subject matter expert and a first point of contact for all invoicing related issues. You will support the local Kalmar internal customers in the Americas region using BAAN LN6/FP7 and SAP 6.0 ERP systems.

Main tasks and responsibilities

     •    Invoice MAU-Principal-Frontline equipment sales
     •    Invoicing for Kalmar Automation and Projects and APD product line sales
     •    Vehicle pre-titling and titling
     •    Intercompany recharging process
     •    General Accounting backfilling & other finance services process support.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:
     •    High School diploma required
     •    Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Experience:
     •    4 years of business and transactional accounting experience 

Competencies:
     •    Proactive team player
     •    Highly organized
     •    Detail oriented
     •    Motivated by constant learning 
     •    Strong interpersonal skills
     •    Ability to work in a multicultural environment 
     •    Good understanding of ERP systems
     •    Finance and controlling for BAAN, LN6/FP7 and SAP
     •    Key user for SAP, beneficial
     •    Google Suite and Microsoft Office experience
