Salesforce Trainer

Making your next move count

We are looking for an experienced trainer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  The role will involve building and maintaining training schedules for all levels of users globally as well as ensuring the training is adapted into their workflow processes to ensure maximum engagement and adoption. 
Reporting to: Director, Program Office
Location: Ljungby or Helsinki

Main task and reposnsibilities:

  • Responsible for first line support for Salesforce.com (SFDC) users where the user needs training and coaching on existing functionality without any technical changes 
  • Will respond to support queries, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating to Kalmar IM team where necessary
  • Support the rollout of new functionality with associated training and support materials. 
  • Develop & deliver training that is tailored to particular functional groups and that relates directly to their day-to-day lives.
  • Determining new requirements from user feedback to be fed back into the technical support team
  • Create and adapt process maps to determine AS IS and TO BE user workflows and highlighting the roles to be played by both people and technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:

Ideally you have:

  • Experience in the development of face-to-face, hardcopy and/or video training materials
  • Experience in the delivery of training to user groups (face-to-face)
  • Proven customer service, technical support and strong relationship building skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Google Suite user
  • SalesForce accreditation advantageous but not essential.
