Sales Development Manager

Purpose of the position


As Sales Development Manager you are responsible for Kalmar Sweden's used machines and short term contracts. Kalmar have a large fleet of contracts and machines at our customer’s site and together with our sales and service team help our customer with new or refurbished machines. Kalmar is a global manufacturer and supplier of forklifts, reachstackers and terminal tractors. Develop the efficiency to constantly deliver according to set targets and KPIs. You will be an active part of the Swedish sales and service business.
Main responsibilities:


  • Support sales team with used machines and calculations 
  • Develop our processes together local team and central functions  
  • Proactivity in our current contracts 
  • Monitor ending contracts for exchanging machines
  • Working with dealers for trading machines 
  • Planning for returning machines from our contracts 
  • Inspect workshop and machines to improve quality. 

What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Commercial and technical background, Bachelor degree
  • Machines or significant experience in relevant business
  • Strong team player
  • Creative business mind
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for results
  • Language skills, Swedish and English
  • Location is flexible and can be on several locations in Sweden.
