Manager Front Office

Purpose of the position

As Manager Front Office you will lead Kalmar Sweden's Front Office organization - develop the efficiency to constantly deliver according to set targets and KPIs. You will be an active part of the Swedish sales and service business.


Main responsibilities:


  • Lead the daily work for front office team
  • Be responsible for meet targets for all JOB positions in front office team
  • As a part of the Service management team in Sweden participate to develop Kalmar to be the best service company in the branch
  • Secure and develop our processes to deliver to meet targets
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for front office team and follow service strategy
  • Develop staff and develop processes to deliver according to targets
  • Actively work together with service managers, spare parts, sales, back office and Kalmar central organization
  • Participate in internal and external meetings together with service managers
  • Oversees daily service planning and execution
  • Prepares and finalizes service orders, including parts ordering
  • Keeps customer contacts, contract conditions and maintenance plans up to date
  • Prepares service offers.

What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Commercial and technical background, Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 5 years as manager for front and/or back office team
  • Proven track record in service business
  • Significant experience in relevant business segments
  • Leadership

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Language skills, Swedish and English
  • Located in Kista, Sweden.
